中国石化新闻网讯 据烃加工新闻1月7日消息称，黑石集团周五表示，将向北美最大的私营可再生能源公司Invenergy可再生能源控股有限公司投资约30亿美元。

随着投资者越来越多地质疑企业对环境和员工的影响，这家全球最大的私人股本和房地产等另类资产管理公司一直在寻求提高其在可持续发展方面的资历。

黑石集团在一份声明中表示，其投资将为Invenergy公司加速可再生能源开发活动提供资金。

加拿大养老基金Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec和Invenergy管理层仍然是公司的多数股东，而Invenergy将继续担任管理成员。

Blackstone to invest $3 B in Invenergy Renewables

Blackstone Inc said on Friday it would invest about $3 B in Invenergy Renewables Holdings Llc, the largest private renewable energy company in North America.

The world's largest manager of alternative assets such as private equity and real estate has been seeking to bolster its sustainability credentials as investors increasingly question companies on their impact on the environment and workers.

Blackstone's investment will provide capital to accelerate Invenergy's renewables development activities, the company said in a statement.

Canadian pension fund Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Invenergy management remain majority owners of the company, while Invenergy will continue as managing member.

Blackstone said the investment was made through funds managed by Blackstone Infrastructure Partners.
